The Rainwater guy are on hand to assist with installation and commissioning of your Rainwater Harvesting System or your Graf Wastewater Treatment system.
We offer several different install and commissioning levels for the following RWH harvesting systems: Eco plus, silentio units, direct supply, indirect supply and garden systems as well as Graf One2Clean and Klaro Wastewater treatment systems.
All Install levels include a pre install site visit from one of our engineers and telephone support during the full installation process.
Commissioning will include a site visit following the installation of the system to confirm the installation complies with the suppliers’ instructions, testing the systems operation and complete any setting changes which may be required. You will also be provided with a commissioning certificate following the visit.
Why?
Whilst your ground worker may have experience of installing underground tanks for both RWH and WWT, they may not be familiar with the technology supplied with your system. We have the knowledge and expertise to assist them with the installation to ensure that the warranty is valid. When it comes to the more technical installation of the components our engineers are able to carry out this work and then commission the system leaving you safe in the knowledge that it will operate according to the manufacturers design.
